Our hand crafted rice hot/ cold packs are great for muscle aches, cramps, minor injuries, warming the body, and general comfort. Simply warm in the microwave for only a few seconds for relaxing warmth or store in the freezer for cold therapy.
The universal rice hot/ cold packs are great for stomach aches, cramps, knee pain, lower back pain, and neck/ upper back use.
The universal measures approximately 13"x16" and features multiple filled rice pillows for relaxing heat or cold irregardless of how it is positioned.
Available in relaxing lavender scent or unscented.
