Chestnuts

We have only a few Chinese chestnut trees, which means the harvest is usually small.  Chestnuts are great when roasted and then used for baking or snacking purposes.

Black Walnuts

CURRENTLY AVAILABLE

We have several mature black walnut trees, which have not been treated with insecticides or pesticides.  Nuts are available each fall, both in the hull and also dehulled.  Walnuts are excellent for baking and for snacking, with black walnuts having a stronger flavor than some of the other species of walnuts.

Shagbark Hickory Nuts

CURRENTLY AVAILABLE

Locally harvested Pennsylvania shagbark hickory nuts. Dehulled, float tested, and air dried. These are delicious when eaten fresh or for baked goods. Also great to be used for crafts.
