Our flock are all housed in Free Range spacious open air pens in small family groups.  We custom mix our birds' food which is grain based and supplemented with native plants as well as fruits, vegetables, and other non-soy protein sources.  We strive to ensure our flock receives a varied diet throughout the year.  We believe in keeping our birds active and content, which we find lends to delicious and healthy eggs. 

Eggs are collected at least twice daily, and are promptly cleansed then refrigerated.  We are fully compliant with all Maryland egg producer/packer regulations (Reg # 26463) and follow all Pennsylvania regulations recommended for edible eggs. 

Our eggs are collected regularly daily, and are hand cleansed to ensure quality. Before packaging, we "candle" or use light to examine our eggs to ensure quality shells and structure.  The eggs are then carefully stored under refrigeration. We offer a variety of delicious eggs for sale locally in the Pennsylvania mid-state and Maryland Baltimore Metro area.  

We offer Grade A chicken eggs as well as coturnix quail eggs.

Eggs may be purchased at our farm or contact us to arrange a bulk delivery (within 100 miles of the farm).
